Our founder, Jason Steele, spent more than ten years working alongside contractors big and small — and found they were nearly all built the same way. A technician’s pay was tied to a percentage of every invoice, so the work became about sales and quotas instead of knowledge and honest diagnosis. Homeowners paid for it: wrong diagnoses, unnecessary add-ons, and the classic line — “your system’s too old, they don’t make the parts anymore.” Enough was enough. A Savings Air was founded to give homeowners a different option — one with traditional values, real technical knowledge, and quality workmanship at its core.
That foundation was built from the ground up, one word-of-mouth customer at a time. Our client list keeps growing, but our staff stays small on purpose. Genuine dedication and pride in the work are rare these days, and we think they should be rewarded.
